Single disc cutters are primarily used for hard-rock excavation and are installed across the cutterhead according to the required cutting layout. Qingyue supplies double disc cutters for hard-rock and mixed-ground TBMs. The dual-ring assembly is configured according to the cutterhead layout, cutter position, mounting dimensions and operating load requirements.

Cutter diameter, cutter ring spacing, overall width, ring material, bearing and sealing configuration can be matched to customer drawings and existing cutter specifications. H13 and DC53 cutter ring options are available, with Timken bearings available upon request. Key dimensions and assembly requirements are reviewed before production to support replacement and project-specific spare-parts supply.

Soft-ground cutting tools are used on EPB and slurry TBM cutterheads for excavating soil, clay, sand, gravel and mixed-ground formations. Our product range includes TBM scrapers, ripper tools, center cutters and other replaceable cutterhead tools for cutting, scraping, loosening and center-area excavation. Tool materials, wear protection, mounting interfaces and installation dimensions can be customized according to customer drawings, cutterhead configurations and ground conditions. Existing tool samples or specifications can also be reviewed for dimensional matching and replacement supply.
