From October 20 to 22, 2026, Qingyue Heavy Industry took part in the São Paulo No-Dig Show 2026 at Expo Center Norte, Brazil. Organized by ABRATT and AEASabesp and held alongside FENASAN 2026, the event is the largest trenchless technology exhibition in Latin America, bringing together 392 exhibitors and an expected 17,000 professional visitors, with 41% from water utilities and municipal departments and 33% holding purchasing authority.
At the exhibition, Qingyue presented its TBM cutter solutions through disc cutter models, scraper and ripper displays, and shield tail brush samples, giving visitors a practical view of its product range and manufacturing capabilities for tunnelling and underground construction projects.
Throughout the three days, our team met with contractors, water utility representatives, equipment suppliers and project engineers from Brazil and other Latin American countries. Discussions focused on cutter performance in soft ground, scraper wear, shield tail sealing and spare parts supply cycles—topics that directly reflect the region's fast-growing pipeline rehabilitation and underground renewal market.
Beyond the booth, the show also opened the door to deeper project-level communication. During the event, our team held detailed discussions with a project contractor and was later invited to visit the construction site. On site, both sides introduced their teams, working approach and basic project background, and expressed mutual interest in exploring cooperation. Follow-up communication is ongoing.
The Latin American market is seeing strong demand for underground pipeline renewal driven by aging water and sewer networks and high leakage rates. As trenchless rehabilitation becomes the mainstream approach for municipal pipeline upgrades, reliable cutting tools and responsive technical support are increasingly important to project efficiency and schedule control.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who visited our booth and shared their experience and perspectives. The conversations and site visit strengthened our understanding of local project needs and will continue to guide our product and service improvement.
Every exhibition is an opportunity not only to showcase products, but also to learn from the market. The connections made at São Paulo No-Dig Show 2026, and the project visit that followed, will keep driving our commitment to innovation, quality and customer-focused TBM cutter solutions.
